Continuing with your booking means you accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge that Keith Brown Properties (Company Number: 169614, registered office: Swanland, Hull, HU14 3RA), as the owner and operator of this Website and has the right to amend or vary these terms and any of the content of this Website in its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect when they are posted on this Website and, as a result, you should check the current version of these terms each time you use the Website.

It is also essential to note that refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings. The Superbowl requires payment in full for all online bookings.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable VAT at the current rate. The price includes bowling shoe hire. Any drinks, snacks, meals, socks and arcade games are not included in the price and must be paid for separately as consumed or used unless specified otherwise.

For all discounted games proof of entitlement will be required. If proof of age cannot be shown the Superbowl are entitled to charge games at the higher appropriate rates.
Children - aged 15 and under.

All online bookings may be made upto 6 months in advance and can be made for upto 24 people. For any groups larger than 24 please contact the Superbowl directly on 01302 531122 where a member of the team will be happy to help get you the best possible deal.

It may also be possible for you to purchase gift vouchers online to be used at the Superbowl. Once these have been paid for they will be posted out to you. Terms & Conditions apply to gift cards. These will be explained on the card.

We regularly review our prices and if you make a booking in advance the paid price will remain the same and is not subject to increase or decrease.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Superbowl offer a standard no refund policy on all bookings made either by telephone, online or in centre. If you wish to cancel your booking, you will not be offered a refund, this includes any booking fees. Under special circumstances the Superbowl may offer to transfer your booking to a later date. This may be subject to administration fees. If the Superbowl is not notified within 7 days prior to your booking then no transfer will be offered.

The Superbowl strictly forbids the selling on of our services at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.

We recommend arriving to the Superbowl approximately 15 minutes before your start time. Please have your booking confirmation ready when arriving at the Superbowl.

Late arrivals may not be able to bowl and could lose the total amount paid so please leave plenty of time for your journey.

Payment

Full payment is required for all online bookings and applies to bowling only. This payment is non refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Please note that our online booking function covers only standard bowling. Please contact your the centre directly to book or enquire about any other special offers listed on our website.

If you have an online promotional code please enter it before checkout. Failure to do so means no discount will be available. All promotional codes have an expiry date. After this has passed the promotion will no longer be available. Please check with the Superbowl as to when any codes expire.

Please also note that unfortunately, we are unable to accept special offer vouchers as part payment for online games. If you have a voucher, please contact the centre directly to redeem it.

For parties and other bookings that have not been made online please have your payment details ready to pay at reception.

The Superbowl accept the following cards for payment; Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo.

To make any payment by credit/debit card, you must provide: the cardholder's name and email address, the card number, the card security code, the card expiry date and (where applicable) the card start date and issue number. For security reasons, the cardholder should be present at the start of the booking at the Bowling Centre. You should also take the same card you have used to make your booking.

Any payments made to us from you will appear as "Keith Brown Properties (Hull Ltd)" on your card statements.

When attempting to make payments to us you will be forwarded onto your banks 3D secure. This will issue you with a receipt at the end of the checkout process. The receipt included details of your current purchase, such as site name, purchase amount and date. You sign the receipt using your personal password and click 'submit' to proceed with the purchase. Without your password, the purchase cannot take place.

The Superbowl does not accept cheques.

When you make a booking via this website, all transaction details that you provide to the Doncaster Superbowl will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy policy

Miscellaneous

Any alcohol purchases made online will be validated when you check-in and proof of age will be required. Purchases made by, or for, under age drinkers will not be refunded. Doncaster Superbowl promote sensible drinking - www.drinkaware.co.uk. We accept valid passports and photo driving licences as proof of identification.

Alcoholic drinks are only available to persons aged 18 and over. Please drink responsibly.

Food purchases made online will be confirmed upon arrival then brought to your lane. Products offered are subject to availability and an alternative option may be offered.

We accept no responsibility for any personal property you may bring to the Bowling Centre.

We will only reserve lanes that have been paid for. Provisional requests not secured by a deposit can be cancelled at any time. The managers decision is final.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to our Bowling Centre should you breach any of the admission terms or these terms and we may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety.

Once you've made a booking with us we may on occasion contact you by email, text message or direct mail regarding any special offers we think you may be interested in. If at any time you would like to stop receiving these offers please contact the Superbowl directly and we shall remove you from our mailing list.

We do not share your electronic information with any third party. From time to time, if we thought it was of specific interest to you, we would include any third party information on our own newsletters.

If the Doncaster Superbowl accept your booking, we will display a confirmation page on your screen at the end of the order. At this point there will be a contract between you and the Company. We do not file details of your order so we recommend that you print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation email for your records.

It is your responsibility to check your booking details as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed. Please note that we are not under an obligation to provide the services to you at the incorrect price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login or password information to another party, your use of the Site may be suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify the Superbowl of any unauthorised use of your account or password or any other breach of security.

The Doncaster Superbowl will take reasonable steps to safeguard transaction details, but you acknowledge and agree that the use of Internet Booking can never be completely secure therefore the Superbowl shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of personal or confidential information provided to the Superbowl via this website.

Accepting these terms and conditions also mean that you agree to our general terms and conditions and addmissions policy that can also be found on our website.
