Doncaster Superbowl Loyalty Membership Terms and Conditions
The Superbowl Loyalty Membership is open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Doncaster Superbowl and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Membership is only open to consumers 16 years old and over. You will be eligible for a Loyalty card once you have registered online as a Loyalty member.
- Loyalty Member Card Holders must be registered as Loyalty Members.
- To register, simply visit www.doncastersuperbowl.co.uk/loyalty.html and complete the registration form.
- By completing the registration process, Loyalty members agree to these terms and conditions.
- There is no cost associated with becoming a Loyalty Member. The Loyalty membership card has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Only one Loyalty Membership card will be issued per person.
- All fields must be completed accurately and in full to be eligible for Loyalty Membership. If these fields are not completed or Superbowl believe people are trying to obtain additional Loyalty Packs, then the entire household may be withdrawn from the Loyalty Scheme at the Discretion of the Superbowl.
- Online subscriptions must be supported by a unique email address. Loyalty packs will not be sent to people/addresses that share email addresses.
- Discounts may only be redeemed by the holder of the Loyalty Card. Discounts are not available to guests of Loyalty Members, unless otherwise specified.
- Information communicated to Loyalty Members via email, mail or SMS Text is current at the time of publication. However, it is subject to alteration at any time. Doncaster Superbowl will make every effort to inform card holders of any change prior to its implementation.
- Doncaster Superbowl reserves the right to withdraw or alter any aspect of the Loyalty program.
- Unless specified otherwise, Doncaster Superbowl will contact members by email, post or SMS Text with information of promotions or changes to the Loyalty Program.
- The Loyalty Membership is unavailable to companies or any professional or charitable organisation and will not be sent to addresses of such.
- Loyalty cards will only be issued within a 30 mile radius of the Superbowl.
The Promoter is Doncaster Superbowl, Lakeside, Doncaster DN4 7PD and its decision will be final.
